Are there special procedures to perform Apostilles?

Yes, sometimes it is necessary that the documents to be apostilled contain special stamps and signatures before making the Apostilles.

Eg. Ministry of Education, Secretaries of Education, among others.

 

What do I do if the country to which I am going to direct my documents did not sign the Hague agreement?
